What a #@%&!! lame excuse!

Lukluk was supposed to attend her convocation ceremony this morning, unfortunately, the lack of efficiency in Pos Malaysia, and the stupid ignorant administrative officers in UIA has robbed her from her rights. Imagine lah, the invitation letter was sent three weeks ago, but it has not reached our mailbox until today - erk, I thought the postman yang curi surat tu is in Negri Sembilan, they must have some sort of a network o_O . I went to UIA to ask for the letter, without it, lukluk cannot even rent the robe, or walk through the grand aisle in the CAC hall. The stupid thing told to me by one of the officers,

"tak tau lah dik. Kitorang memang dah hantar, kalau tak sampai tak boleh buat apa lah".

"kalau macam tu, mana nak amik scroll?"

"tu lah..."

"cuba check clearance dia, ok tak?"

"erm...takde kaitan lah tu..."

(bodoh! check ajelah, bukannya susah pun) "ooo...ye ke. Sekarang macam mana?"

"erm, adik pergi naik kat alumni office, mintak tracer form...pastu lepas convo nanti boleh la ambik scroll, after you send the form lah"

"habis tuh, tak boleh convo lah?"

officers senyum kambing...what if I slap your face, turn your lips into angelina jolie's to make the smile "broader" and more alluring?


I went to the alumni office..

"tracer form tu kitorang takde save lah any copy. Semua ada kat CAC tu. Kitorang open counter kat sana. Hal-hal convo memang semua kat sana"

(what a stupid lame excuse!! pemalas!!)

Had to walked to CAC, running late for class. CAC is quite far from the Admin building...it was hard to locate the tracer form counter, because it had been moved, and when I asked those who were in charge of the robe, they were sooooo blur! Finally, after making a "tawaf" around the hall, I spotted the tracer form desk at the banquet. They told me that the form need to be submitted before 11am the next day...heh! it's your fault that my sister didn't get the form and letter, now you're asking me to come again the next day just to submit some stupid economic planning unit survey...aiyak, what kind of university am I attending lah right now!!

Although lukluk submitted the form on the next day, she still couldn't attend the ceremony because the stupid admin people could not re-print the invitation letter. With so much "power" in hand, they still couldn't do such a simple task...what if this happen to the Puteri Kelantan or the Johorian Princess who're attending UIA . Surely, the admin people will be "beheaded" for such inefficiency!! #$^&*)!!
