Dalail on anger:

1) Al-Quran, surah (chapter) Aali 'Imran 133:Be quick in the race for forgiveness from your Lord, and for a Garden whose width is that (of the whole) of heavens and of the earth, prepared for the righteous, - 134: Those who spend (freely), whatever in prosperity, or in advrsity; who RESTRAIN anger and pardon (all) men;- for God loves those who do good; -135: And those who having done something to be ashamed of, or wronged their own souls, earnestly bring God to mind, and ask for forgiveness for their sins,-and who can forgive sin except God?-and are never obstinate in persisting knowingly in (the wrong) they have done.

2)Dari Abu Hurairah r.a. bahawa seorang lelaki berkata kepada Rasulullah s.a.w. "Berilah wasiat kepadaku." Lalu Rasulullah s.a.w. bersabda : "Jangan marah." Lelaki tersebut mengulangi pertanyaannya berkali-kali, sabda Rasulullah s.a.w "Jangan marah." - (hadis 16 - from the forty hadeeth) Syarah Hadis 40 Imam Nawawi, Dr. Mustafa al Bugha & Muhyiddin Misto

3) Imam Bukhari dan Muslim meriwayatkan dari Abu Hurairah r.a. katanya:"Rasulullah s.a.w. bersabda: Bukanlah orang yang gagah itu orang yang kuat bergusti, tetapi orang yang gagah atau kuat adalah orang yang mampu menahan dirinya ketika marah" - Syarah Hadis 40 Imam Nawawi, Dr. Mustafa al Bugha & Muhyiddin Misto.
