Things that people should do...

that I sometimes do to:

a) kill the guilt of overeating

- If your home is nearby the restaurant where you ate earlier, leave your car and walk home. (Jangan lupa to pick it up later ^__^ , or perhaps install the immobilizer hehehe)

- Take the stairs instead of the lift. If your office is on the 21st floor, take the lift up to the 18th floor and climb the stairs from there.

- Park your car as far as possible from the lift, staircase or entrance. Do the 'powerwalking' from your parking lot to your destination.

- Go to the nearest park, touch and count the trees and plants there.

b) to kill the shame of losing balance in public

- Pretend as though you're actually trying to squat down and tie your shoes.

- Lie chest flat on the ground and start doing some push-ups.

- Play dead/pass out.

- Laugh out loud.

- Scold and curse the uneven surface (tak pandai menari, lantai dikata jongkang jongket hehehe)

Esok kena invigilate exam...
