Yeah, they told me during my first day at work - no casual attire, you must look like a professional, clothing - wear like what you wear today (hah! hari tu lah yang aku pilih nak pakai baju kurung!)
It's not like I have problems with wearing baju kurung, but imagine lah, I'm the active type of person. People climb stairs one at a time, I, two. People take their own sweet time to walk from Avenue K to Megan Avenue2, I walk like I'm in a walkathon, racing for the first place. People wait for the rain to stop drizzling, I enjoy walking in such condition.
Yesterday, I walked in the rain because I wanted to reach home on time - yeah, no punch card, but my sister would be waiting at the station approximately at the same time everyday. Told her again and again, I reach TB at about 6.45pm, she would still be later than me. (tinker...marah ke :P)
Tinker picked me up and drove home. On the way back, there's one courier lorry speeding up, heading to tmn.tun, obviously makan our jalan, so we had to elak or else the lorry would crash into our worn-out wira. We hit something near the pavement and there was a loud thud. Tayar pecah!! I think the rim pun rosak.
Had to change the tyre, thank God there are still people who're concerned enough to help us while waiting for my dad to come to the rescue. I had placed the jack beneath the car, and then a guy came to help. When my dad came, he realised that the jack wasn't placed at the correct place. Alamak!! My fault lah tu, dosa nak tunjuk tere kat tinker hahahaha - hate to admit it!! (I saw my dad tukar tayar last time, thought I could do it too - at least I know how to loosen the bolts kan - masih nak berlagak lagi tu!!). Pakcik tu pun takde lah nak check, main belasah je. Nasib baik my dad didn't say much about the kemek part underneath the car hehehe.
I saw some girls giggling as they walked down towards the lrt parking area. Maybe that was their first time seeing a girl in baju kurung angkat tayar masukkan dalam but kereta kot!bleeeeeh!
Rasa menyesal pakai baju kurung pun ada, bangga pun ada. Because I'm sure not many gals in baju kurung are willing to dirty their hands and change a flat tyre. Hahaha, so tinker, kudos to both of us!!! Lansi, lansi and lansi some more!!!
Owh, ye...terima kasih kepada pakcik yang membantu semalam.
