Yup, this post should be up on the 20th - mentally drained out!

Dressed up in my best baju kurung (yeah, it's written in the guidebook - baju kebangsaan), wore the robe, funny it kinda fit - when I took the robe from Trau two weeks ago, I looked like a 'rugby player' (as Husna termed it).
While waiting for my turn to receive the scroll, my heart started pumping like mad. Aiyo, this was like once-in-a-lifetime experience kan, lagipun, we're receiving our scrolls from HRH Sultan of Pahang. Takut jugak kalau tiba2 tergolek atas the red carpet and kissed the Sultan's shoes kan (bodek taraf dewa :P ).
My friend told me not to say "thank you" to the Sultan because it could spoil the picture. Imagine me extending my hands to receive the scroll and my mouth gaped open while saying 'thank you' - klik, klik - the shutter opens and closes - hah! and my graduation photo will be history! that's definitely scary!! - but I did say thank you after receiving the scroll, can't allow stupid theory to "outwit" my intelligence and politeness hehehe.
I haven't seen the photos yet, because I haven't had the time to go and collect them at the photo shop. Will do that on Wednesday, and if the pixes turned out OK, I might be posting some on the blog.
The thing that I enjoyed most on the gradution day other than walking on the red carpet, receiving my scroll 'in front of' my parents was the performance by the gamelan group - especially the song they sang (yup, they have singers too) during the procession 'walk-in and walk-out' - so soothing.
Kepada semua graduan UIA - Congratulations!!
