Phew, my whole body is aching. Yesterday when I came back from the seminar, I felt quite normal lah, this morning when I woke up aiyah...so painful. Had a great time during the seminar. Master Yeow definitely is a master lah in tkd, his techniques (some are from hapkido) were awesome. It's like shaolin kungfu, slow, soft, smooth but able to break your hand. At the age of 70 plus he could still do the power push-ups (on fingers, thumbs etc.) He's a very down to earth old man and you could trace some signs of wisdom in his speech and method of teaching. It felt great to be able to train with him.

I partnered with P, she forced me actually, and she almost break my neck!! I wasn't ready for the breakfall, but she kicked my leg and I fell on my back, my butt is damned sakit now. We learned quite a number of self defense techniques, got the chance to practice them on each other, and some weak and fatal pressure points. I think I did the breakfall more than 50 times and my bahu macam nak tercabut.

During the last 45 mins, Master Yeow gave a short speech lah on self defense etc., and he invited Mr. V.S. to give a SHORT talk on sport sciences. But, Mr. V.S. was so gila kuasa, he talked for more than 15 mins. It was 6.30pm and I haven't prayed 'asr, so I told myself that I have to stand up and ask permission from Master Yeow to leave. Mr. V.S. suddenly said, "Any question you want to ask Master Yeow, ahhh, better ask now, he's the national team coach, lotsa experience". I raised my hand, stood up and then I heard Ms. 5th Dan blackbelt instructed the kids to clap. I was dumbfounded, I just wanna go home and pray, I didn't have any question to ask. But of course lah, when you are a blackbelt you must jaga your "water face" hehehe, I quickly constructed something in my head and said it aloud, "erm, national coach...mmm, arrr, what is the fundamental, erm, foundation, erm, basic things that you taught to your national team as a coach?"...hahaha, there you go, the stupidest and most awkward question ever...I just wanna go HOME, HOME, HOME and pray!! And, I didn't pay attention to the answer, huh, who cares...
Before we went back, we had a quick photo session, as usual, Mr. V.S. wanted to show off his "intelligence" lah in handling the camera, MY camera actually. We took several group pictures, and then individual pictures with Master Yeow, I asked Ms.5th Dan blackbelt to take my picture, and then Mr. V.S. came and scolded us, "Where's the flash, you have to put the flash lah, no good lah without the flash". I told him that we're taking the pictures under a very, very bright lampu kalimantang, the flash would probably spoil the picture, too bright nanti. He was damned angry and forced us to set the flash mode ON, I was damned irritated with his perangai, but I kept quiet, Ms.5th Dan backed me up and said "Her camera lah, she knows lah what to do". The angry Ms. V.S. walked away and entered the office, when he reached at the staircase, he looked at me and asked why suddenly I put the flash ON, told him that he forced me to do it lah. Super ego was controlling his sanity...I just don't understand this man lah, so berlagak and so pemalas, other people do the shitty works and he gets all the credits. He loves to be in the limelight soooo much, perhaps the light was too bright that it has affected the way his brain functions!! I know he's angry with me, but what he do not know is that I have long hated him...and don't ask how can respect and hatred come in one package...he's my teacher, he's a gifted martial artist but he failed to utilize this ability, I respect him but it doesn't mean that I like everything that he did to LTA, to the students and to Ms.5th Dan blackbelt.
