DIET!!
Ok, I need to do this quickly before I forget. There are three methods of dieting which were given to me by my friends. They actually have succeeded using these methods, but...erm, at the moment I'm not so interested in any of them. Maybe will try it later, when there is a need to it eheheh.
1) Eat carbo and protein separately i.e. do not combine carbo and protein in your daily meals. Say today you eat rice - carbo, you should NOT eat red/white meat - protein, soy sauce, or tau foo fa :P, the next day you should take protein and avoid carbo. Do this alternately (?) .You should combine either carbo OR protein with lots ofvitamins - from vegetables and fruits, and drink juice or plain water. Don't take coffe or tea - caffeine not good for you oso lah.
2) Eat sushi and vegetables and fruits. Dunnolah, but they say sushi is the most balanced and healthy food (?). Don't drink coffee, but chinese/japanese tea or tea without sugar is good for digestion.
3) This one really works lor, have seen the result myself, but it wasn't me lah on the diet programme, very good for desperados . My friend who was a bit overweight (border line between light and micro weight - sparring lah!!) did this during our training sebelum National Tournament in T'ganu. Eat two raw or boiled eggs in the morning, two in the afternoon and another two for dinner and don't eat anything in between. Within 3 days you'll see the result!! Plain water or juices only, coffee, tea, carbonated water - HARAM!! So hari2 you have to eat eggs only hehehe. After 3 days, you'll begin to feel that the world would be a better place to live in if only eggs have never been created. And, erm, I dunnolah about the cholesterol thingy hehehe...
Erm, don't blame me if anything happen to you after following this dieting tips hehehe, go and consult your dietician lah!!
