Still working on this piece. What do you think?
She walked the earth alone
She lived life in solitude
She left in utter silence
Alone and lonely
I
She wasn't born into loneliness
But she came to this foreign land
Without any hands to cling to
And fate chose her
To become one with silence
II
She married a man
With great fortune
Building their fortress
Too soon...too soon
He left this mortal life
Leaving her to reminisce
All alone...and lonely
III
She bore princes and princesses
Ten of them all
Some left home...almost forever
Yet called back by duty
Tending to her very last right
Only after she left this world
Alone...and lonely
IV
She was a stubborn ol' lady
Afraid to leave her palace
Refused to stay with offsprings
For pride's sake
The only wealth she had left
Till one day,
Silent, she lay still
V
They loved her
But life kept them apart
Nobody expected this
But she knew
It has finally come
Alone and lonely
She stayed in bed
She touched her hands
Icy cold...
She SCREAMED
HYSTERICAL
There she lay
In silence and peace
All alone...lonely and cold.
