Savante

There's a stream of martial arts called savante - the french kickboxing. I watched on Discovery channel the last month, Jossete Normandeu's documentary on various martial arts. That lady is one great martial artist lah, I tell you. Although she's not so young, her semangat was clearly shown on her face during her training. Savante was first practiced by the laymen and then it was recognized by the bangsawan. It later became a very prestigious sport and art of defense in France. You should see how the masters do the kick and punches. I wonder if this style has pattern forms, but usually kicboxing mana ada such thing hehehe.  I'm gonna look for more info on savante and post the webbies here later.
