Streamyx sux!!

So, I called the tmnet hotline or teleservice or whatever. Talked to the first operator, "Baik, saya akan sambungkan cik ke technical dept kami, sila tunggu" - some stupid music keluar and then "Anda tidak membuat sebarang pilihan, untuk produk dan perkhidmatan sila layari..." and then TUUUUTTTTTTTTT! The phone went off. Called another two times, same thing happened. The fourth time, I quickly asked for streamyx hotline -
1 300 88 9515 (keep this number guys). Called streamyx, talked to Mr. Azrul, need 3 days to fix the problem. Ceh!!
