I'm so fed up with my university administration staff and the college staff. first the college, asked those who stay off campus to send a consent letter from their parents approving their S.O.C status and (college) they will issue the approval letter i.e. so that our s/ship won't be cut off for the hostel fees. They also put inside the letter c.c Finance Division (everybody knows c.c. means carbon copy i.e. they send a copy to Finance la). I went to Finance today to ask for the hostel fees refund, then the Finance staff simply said that i have to get the S.O.C letter from the college.Hey, didn't the college sent you the carbon copy. The hell with the college and Finance Division!!!Asyik menyusahkan orang jerrrr! Last time, they delayed the payment of gaji for my friend who WAS a lecturer in the university. Kalau delay refund for students tak payah cerita la...dah banyak kali!!!My sis is going to graduate this semester, and the Finance Unit haven't refund'ed' her hostel fees for 3 semesters in a row!!!Geramnyerrrr! Kalau tak reti buat kerja, pergi balik, dok kat umah dan jangan menyusahkan orang lain!!!!I think the students in this university might end up in mental hospital sebab orang2 yang kerja in this university mmg ada masalah disiplin dan masalah mental...(and they expect the student to be strictly disciplined when they are actually displaying the worst attitude!!!!) When it comes to money...these ppl do not live up to their Islamic characteristic as suggested by their own name!!!!!
